geneticgastronomy

The second edition of the Internetstadl will be about food hacking and the nutrition of the future. What would it be like if we could satisfy all of our nutritional needs with one drink or one biscuit that is perfectly matched to our personal requirements? What is the story behind nerdy ingredients such as soylent? What are the trends in the areas of biotech and post-internet cuisine?

Through a food hacking cooking class followed by a smal ldinner, the “Internetstadl” will be teaching the basics of post-internet cooking. The cooking class will be organised by the international BioArt-Kollektiv Center for Genomic Gastronomy.

The entry will be 4 euros. Participation is limited to 100 persons. The event will be conducted in English.

Entrance: 18:30h
