Digital Detox with Yannick Val Gesto and Leon Sadler

On the occasion of the fifth Internetstadl we renounce digital devices completely in order to reset and relax our mental machines. By unplugging all digital and social connections we can focus on priorities, like the perception of human social interaction and of our natural self.

During the course of the evening we will provide a „lying meditation introduction“ to digital detox and distribute the digital detox guidebook „Warrior Pose“, implemented by Yannik Val Gesto and Leon Sadler, which presents a collection of collaborative free spirited works that are accompanied by a series of tips on how to achieve happies and inner peace...To unite the body, mind and soul a smooth yoga lesson consisting of various breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditation will be conducted by Katharina Schmitt afterwards.
