Liu Xiaodong is one of the most important contemporary Chinese artists and has long been a superstar in the Asian art scene. "Langsame Heimkehr", a joint exhibition by Kunsthalle Düsseldorf and NRW-Forum Düsseldorf, dedicates the world's first comprehensive retrospective to him until 19 August 2018.
On Sunday, 24 June, we invite you to the curator's tour with Heinz-Norbert Jocks through both houses. From 12 p.m. to 1.30 p.m., the curator will tour the exhibition in the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, which gives an overview of Liu's paintings, and from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. through the NRW-Forum, which focuses on the photographic works.
The entrance fees for the houses or the combination ticket (11,-€/ reduced 6,-€) apply. The guided tour is free of charge.
